The CSI Student Branch of Aurora's PG College, Uppal, successfully organized "Tech Sparks," a premier technical talk competition held on April 18, 2026. The event was specifically designed to challenge students' communication skills and technical expertise through a spontaneous speaking format. A total of 46 participants competed across three distinct phases: a Preliminary round, a Semi-final, and a Final round. To test
their ability to synthesize information under pressure, each group was allotted 10 minutes of on-the-spot preparation time, followed by a strict 2-minute delivery window for their presentation.
In the final evaluation, Mr. Samuel Rickson secured the first prize, followed by Mr. Manoj Durga Prasad, who earned the second prize. The winners were formally recognized with medals and certificates presented by the Director, the CSI Student Branch Counsellor, and Faculty Nominees. Ultimately, "Tech Sparks" served as an impactful initiative that encouraged students to demonstrate mental agility andprofessional clarity, fostering a spirit of academic excellence within the college
