Greetings from CSI Hyderabad Chapter!

We are pleased to inform you that the Student Branch Coordinators (SBC) Meet – 2026, organised by CSI Hyderabad Chapter in association with Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women, will be held as per the following details:

Date: 29th August 2026 (Saturday)

Time: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Venue: Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women, Vinay Nagar Colony, I. S. Sadan, Saidabad, Hyderabad

We kindly request you to depute the CSI Student Branch Coordinator(s) of your institution to attend this event without fail, and to consider their attendance as On-Duty Permission for the day.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided to all participants. Please note that no travel allowance will be provided for attending the programme.

We request the SBCs to confirm their participation (RSVP), along with the number of accompanying faculty members from your institution, at the earliest to help us plan the arrangements accordingly.

Please note that only faculty members formally endorsed by the Principal / Dean / Academic Director / Head of Department will be permitted to participate in the event. We'd like to gently clarify that this event has been planned exclusively for Student Branch Coordinators; we appreciate your understanding that student participation will not be applicable this time.

We also request you to go through the agenda of activities for the day and encourage your SBCs to do the same. Suggestions or feedback for conducting the event successfully are most welcome and may be shared with the State Student Coordinator, CSI Hyderabad Chapter, Ms. Rajashree Sutrawe, at tssc@csihyderabad.org.
